About IXaddict
Over the past few years I have seen addiction tear apart certain family members of
mine. So last year I started a support group website called IXaddict.com.
The purpose of the site was to provide a place where the family and
friends of addicts/alcoholics could migrate to offer each other support.
Of course some members were of the recovery side and wanted to offer their
services to the community and did so, but not many.
Over the past 6 months the growth of the community started to decline. So
recently I re-designed the website to offer more web 2.0 features and a
sleeker design. Unfortunately the database structure couldn't be migrated
over so many of the old members will need to create new accounts, which i
anticipate they will. So, as of now the community is just getting a new
start, but the new features will make it all worth it. I'm running small
campaigns that will help syndicate IXaddict across the internet to help
grow its member base.
